Some battles are visible—the pressures of work, family responsibilities, financial struggles, disappointment, and uncertainty. Others happen quietly within us: fear, doubt, temptation, discouragement, and the feeling that we are not strong enough to keep going. But God never asked us to fight these battles unprotected. He has given us armor . Not armor made of steel, but spiritual armor designed to guard our hearts, strengthen our faith, and help us stand when life tries to knock us down. 🛡️ God Has Equipped You for the Battle The beautiful truth about the armor of God is this: You don't have to manufacture your own strength. Sometimes, we carry so much shame that we begin to believe we are no longer worthy of returning. Yet one of the most beautiful truths Jesus gives us is this: God’s mercy is greater than our mistakes. In Luke 15:11–32, Jesus tells the story of the prodigal son—a young man who leaves his father, wastes everything he has, and eventually finds himself broken, hungry, and alone.
